Information we collect

When you use the Start a Project form, we collect your name, email address, selected service, project stage, and project description. We also collect your company and target timeline if you choose to provide them.

The current form does not accept supporting-file uploads. Drawings, reference images, CAD files, or technical documents may be exchanged separately after the initial project review.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review inquiries, respond to prospective clients, and manage potential project opportunities. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical request and network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. The website uses Resend to deliver project-intake email notifications. It also uses HubSpot CRM to manage Contacts and Deals associated with project inquiries. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to operate and protect the inquiry process.

Retention

Inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your inquiry, manage a potential or active business relationship, and maintain appropriate business records. Retention may vary depending on the nature and status of the inquiry.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
